  6. Projects must be accessible through a web browser.

  7. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions that violate these rules.

  8. By submitting a project, participants confirm that they created or have permission to use all submitted content.

  9. Be respectful, supportive, and inclusive toward all participants.
